Number one: Range Rover has designed this as a picnic table, so if you go off-road or to the countryside, you can have a picnic. Ah, some cold water. Anyway, it’s normal for the Range Rover unless you completely drown the car. Here, I’m on to the best feature, which is the interior, but before we go on to that, let’s check out the engine. Range Rover engineers are actual geniuses. It’s very, very basic, but definitely effective off-road. So without further ado, let’s check out the most luxurious interior that an SUV can offer in this class.
Range Rover has a bustling cabin. I’ll start with how to operate the navigation system. The Range Rover’s navigation system and in-car entertainment system are the slowest in the luxury car segment. Everything needs a little bit more professionalism. The AC cooling is on point, and the gear shift calculation is precise. Range Rovers are known to be some of the most unreliable cars on the planet—unreliable then, still unreliable now. My advice is to drive it every other day. Steering wheel buttons, touch screens, different menu options, steering heating, and paddle shifters are optional. The only cheap thing in this interior is the paddle shifter. It’s surprising, given how expensive everything else is, including the all-weather floor mat.
Being an owner, I know that everything you take as an option on a Range Rover is very, very expensive because this car is meant for the elite and the most successful people in the industry, like footballers. The sound system has an Onyx speaker system, with a built-in woofer and three speakers. It’s mind-blowing. There’s even a cooling box—AC temperature control, on and off—along with a cooler. Range Rover was the first company to introduce ambient lighting collection with the Range Rover Evoque.
So, it’s their proprietary technology, and they made the controller. Now, all the other brands and cars use it. Range Rover’s introduction of Hollywood celebrity-style vanity is something they thought through thoroughly. It’s photogenic, and that matters in this day and age. Since this is an off-roader, in off-road conditions with the sun shining directly in your eyes, sunglasses won’t be enough. Thankfully, you have sunshades. The manufacturer shareholder has a major stake in Land Rover. The full R&D is British, but Land Rover is independently run, which can be annoying. However, when you’re rich, you should have the patience for these things. There’s even a secret compartment in the trunk, and we love secret compartments. Yes, we’ll finish talking about luxury on wheels. The material, even the stainless steel, is premium. Everything you touch in this car feels premium. Even the speaker system is exceptional. Though I could drive a Porsche comfortably, driving a Range Rover feels like you’re floating on butter. Right here, we’re going to try and turn. Oh, horrible turning radius! From the first lane to the third lane, it’s hard to manage because this is a big boat. For such a boat, you wouldn’t expect a small turning radius. Now, we’re going to try auto parking. Let’s find a spot and see if it works out, because, well, repairs are expensive. But I can’t tell you enough how brilliant the throttle response is on such a big car. Dynamic mode changes the suspension right away for better comfort. It’s a mode that everyone wants to experience or at least have one in their household. The throttle response gets better; the turbo builds boost quicker, and handling is sharper. It feels stiff for the driver, but as a passenger, it’s all comfort. So, let’s try auto parking in a safe environment.

As you can see, it’s quite a comfortable ride, even on rough terrain.
However, off-road driving requires careful attention. It’s not easy by any means. Well, I’m here, wearing my suit and shades in my luxurious and very expensive Range Rover.
